MASSIMO MEREU
Born in Italy his love and passion for food from a very young age found him wandering the professional kitchens. After five years in catering schools he was ready to start professionally in restaurants.
From Costa Smeralda and various other restaurants in Italy he found himself in London, Manchester and now Weston cooking and managing restaurants.
Massimo is ready and looking forward to bringing all his considerate experience and knowledge to La Cucina Italiana which specialises in fine Italian cuisine.
From Hotel Du Vin as a sous chef he then moved to London to gain more experience with Gordon Ramsey in Maze Restaurant.
From there to Bath and then Spain and now back to his home town working at La Cucina Italiana looking forward to working with Massimo and creating exciting Italian fine foods.
